TubeFlow
PIC is a transient flow simulator that can be used to model well intervention
operations with capillary string, coiled tubing, drill string, well tubular, and wireline.

In TubeFlow PIC, a list of pre-configured fluids
that commonly flow in wellbores is provided for convenience and ease of use.
Moreover, flexibility exists to create user-defined fluids for use in a
particular project. Fluid systems that can be modeled include, but are not
limited to:

TubeFlow PIC provides a database of standard pipe
sizes to configure well tubulars, capillary string, coiled tubing, and drill
string.
TubeFlow PIC is a transient wellbore flow
simulator that can be utilized to model various coiled tubing operations. More
specifically, well intervention with coiled tubing, hydraulics applications
that involve circulating fluids, and fatigue life tracking during coiled tubing
jobs are all available as a single package.
This software suite includes capability to model
well production and injection operations with effects of heat transfer from/to
the surrounding environment (formation, sea). Tubing movement during
production, injection, and circulation is modeled comprehensively. In addition,
well intervention with coiled tubing, capillary string, and wireline is
included in the software suite
TubeFlow PIC for sand contol models gravel pack
operations in cased and open holes from both steady-state and transient
viewpoints. This software suite also simulates work string intervention and
fluid displacement during gravel pack jobs and can be utilized to design
yard-scale experiments and field operations.
